Naismiths Bolsters London Presence with Key Project Monitoring Hire

Boosting project expertise, national real estate consultancy Naismiths has appointed a new senior surveyor to its London project monitoring team.
Rebecca Cronk joins Naismiths with ten years of experience in the industry, primarily in the prime residential sector. Having spent the last couple of years as a quantity surveyor at Egan Lucocq, Rebecca is well versed in working closely with both contractors and private clients to deliver high-quality consultancy and project oversight.
Prior to her appointment, Rebecca also gained experience as a monitoring surveyor at Warhurst Bourne, where she developed her skills in project progress tracking and compliance.
Joining the growing team in the London office, Rebecca’s role as senior surveyor will involve detailed insights gathering and analysis, assisting one of the largest project monitoring teams in the country.
Rebecca said: “I’m really excited to explore a new role with a diverse range of clients and projects. Naismiths already has a very well-established team, but it’s great to be part of its continued growth while also developing my own skillset and progressing my career.
“Beyond the typical project monitoring responsibilities, I also can’t wait to get my teeth into other aspects of the business. I have previous experience assisting clients with sustainability manifestos for onsite practices, so I look forward to seeing how I can help support green initiatives across the wider Naismiths business.”
Ben Harwood, CEO of the Cornerstone Group, said: “Coming off the back of a very busy and exciting 2024, it’s great to be kicking off 2025 with even more growth in the South.
“Rebecca brings an invaluable skillset to our business, joining fellow senior surveyor appointee Peter Norris and adding further excellence to our project monitoring services.”
Naismiths is a modern yet mature national real estate consultancy with offices in eight cities across the UK.
In 2024 the business announced a strategic partnership with fellow consultancy Edmond Shipway. The joining up of these two industry-leading businesses has resulted in a stronger, more versatile organisation, capable of delivering an even higher level of expertise and support to clients across various sectors.
