Valouran, the pioneering property developer and placemaker, has been appointed Asset Manager for The Broadway, a mixed-use development of over 1 million sq. ft., moments from St. James’s Park.

Valouran to Lead Repositioning of The Broadway

As Asset Manager, Valouran will oversee the entire project, leading the repositioning of The Broadway while driving the sale of remaining residences and leasing of commercial and retail spaces.
