Only 1 Month To Go till Active LDN 2024 “Unlocking Spaces for a healthier London

Active LDN, the capital’s largest annual conference dedicated wholly to the future of physical activity and sport, is returning for another year of educating, informing, sharing ideas, and providing opportunities for networking and collaboration.

On Tuesday 19th November at Emirates Stadium, London Sport’s flagship conference, with partners Decathlon, Sid Lee and Play Innovation and Fit-Tech will bring together more than 300 guests to focus on ‘Unlocking Spaces for a Healthier London’.

Attendees can expect an impressive line-up of high-profile keynote speakers to kick off the day, followed by specialised sessions that delve into relevant topics, such as:

  • Using digital solutions to activate London’s spaces for all age groups and abilities.
  • Opening the gates: What role do schools play in addressing inactivity and inequality?
  • The role of Local Authority Public Heath in making available and activating space for an active London.
  • Creating safe and active communities: Mapping routes and small-scale interventions.

London Sport’s CEO Emily Robinson comments: “In a city facing challenges such as child inactivity, rising living costs, obesity, mental health concerns, loneliness, and climate change, your presence at Active LDN matters. By exploring how sport and physical activity can address these issues, we can make a real impact on Londoner’s lives.”

There are still a few remaining tickets which can be purchased here. For just £90, you’ll gain access to a day of new insights, keynote speakers, thought-provoking discussions, and networking.
