Falmec reveals the new matt finishing for the cooking models Brera, Brera 75 and Zero Easy

The matt finishing stands out as the most attractive trend in the kitchen furniture field, showing itself with increasing strength also in the appliances sector.

In a market constantly focused in the matt surfaces, soft to the touch and without reflexions, Falmec has interpreted that request by offering the new matt version for the glass of their induction hobs with integrated extractor by the Cooking collection.

The company matches the new matt finishing with the Led white touch control, creating an elegant and different option to the standard versions in glossy glass-ceramic and red Led. The two variants allow the clients to choise the best solution for their taste and kitchen style.

The benefits offered by the matt finish are multiple: a surface that reduces the visibility of scratches, greater sharpness in reading the LED display thanks to a light intensity up to 5 times higher than standard glass-ceramic, a significant reduction in light reflections, and less visibility of halos and fingerprints.

This stylistic choice takes shape in the Brera, Brera 75 and Zero Easy models, becoming an expression of minimal and technological taste.

Brera and its compact version Brera 75 are a concentrate of innovation. The suction area in both models is defined by a rear glass flap that opens automatically during operation to suck in fumes and vapors, while at the end of cooking, the flap closes flush with the top, thus facilitating cleaning.

Brera and Brera 75 feature 9 cooking levels + boost, a powerful brushless motor and Flex Surface technology, which adapts to pots of different shapes and sizes ensuring great freedom of movement. The models are also equipped with new tools that offer ab easier and cleverer user experience: from Automode functions, in which automatic suction adapts to the selected cooking power, and Keep Warm, to keep food at the ideal temperature, to Chef mode, which allows different temperatures to be set on each cooking zone

The Zero Easy model, on the other hand, integrates the hood body in the center of the cooktop, featuring an elegant glass panel with Air Slide System, which allows you to direct the suction to where you are actually cooking.

Zero Easy is a plug-and-play cooking system with a rear outlet that is extremely easy to install: in fact, it does not require ducting and takes full advantage of the cabinet depth. In addition, it is fitted with a regenerable Carbon.Zeo Microtech filter, placed in the suction body and removable from above for easy maintenance, as well as an emptied liquid collector. Zero Easy also presents, among other features, 9 cooking levels + boost, brushless motor, Flex SurfaceAutomode and Keep Warm functions.

Brera, Brera 75 and Zero Easy are still available in the Falmec range in their standard version with polished glass-ceramic and red LED display.

The Cooking Brera, Brera 75 and Zero Easy systems in matt version with white LED will be available from September 2025.
