With Summer just around the corner and warmer weather on the way, the garden and outdoor living areas at Grand Designs Live 2023 are more popular than ever before; with visitors planning their sunny days and al fresco dinners; and exhibitors showcasing top quality, unique and beautiful products to elevate every outdoor living experience.

Hydropool (G60, G85), the sponsors of Grand Gardens are showing just some of their huge range of self-cleaning Hot Tubs and Swim Spas, as well as their new cedar-clad, European designed Suncube Sauna.

Lianne McMillan, Sales and Exhibition Executive for Hydropool said;

‘Our Swim Spas are selling like you wouldn’t believe, we’ve had so many orders we’ve had to do straight to factory orders as we’ve sold out of our stock, although they are always quite popular, this year we’ve seen far more interest than ever. We’re also trialling a new product, the Suncube Sauna, as a lot of our customers are becoming more fitness focused this is getting a good amount of interest with people who are creating outdoor gyms, relaxation and wellness areas in their gardens.’

Adrian Gallagher, Concept Director for Crystal Units and HG Dynamic said;

‘The show has been brilliant so far, we’ve been busy every day and had a lot of enquiries for private homes. It’s been a great show and we’ve already signed up for next year, and look forward to bringing even more innovations for next year.’

Crystal Units (C70) are showcasing NUCLR heated glass, an innovative technology in glazing performance and C.U.in thermally efficient glazing, providing the lowest U-values on the market. Kirami (G11) offer another way to warm up in the garden; a Kirami FinVision sauna. The energy efficient FinVision saunas are simply plug and play units that are made by honouring the Finnish tradition of the sauna blended with modern day requirements for ease of use and comfort. Kirami’s stylish use of wood also extends to its beautiful wooden ice-baths; perfect for those looking to embrace the Nordic health benefits of hot and cold cycling; while enjoying a stylish, timeless look to their garden.

Family-run business Arctic Cabins (G55) took inspiration for their beautifully whimsical trademark BBQ Cabins from traditional Scandinavian Grilltoka huts, with modern adaptations for comfort and style. As we know not every day is BBQ weather in the UK, these unique garden rooms allow for year-round entertaining, complete with log cabin cosiness.

London Essex Outdoor Living (G25) offer everything needed to create a luxury outdoor space; from fully fitted outdoor kitchens to garden rooms, motorised automated pergolas, pizza ovens and BBQs. Bespoke designs for integrated kitchens and  outdoor rooms will ensure your garden is the ideal entertainment space.

Talasey Group (GH45) are the stand to visit for those looking to upgrade their gardens; offering a wide range of landscaping products and solutions, from paving to cladding and low-maintenance garden ideas.  Brands on offer include Natural Paving, Vitripazzi porcelain tiles, paving and cladding, Piranah’s responsibly sourced composite decking, fencing and cladding and Luxigraze for high quality artificial grass. For those in the industry, PaveTuf and Talasey Training offer tools for landscape installation and maintenance as well as courses on installation and getting the most out of these landscaping products for home use.

Straightcurve (G26) are debuting in the UK this year and their (quite literally) groundbreaking steel garden edging allows gardeners to create raised beds, perfect lawn edges, flower beds and more. Designed for the DIY Gardner, these products allow enthusiasts to realise their garden dreams. And for some garden fun, LV Bespoke (H1) offer Gnomes, Coronation-ready crown plant pots and handcrafted steel plant supports to keep your garden looking great.
