Surrey kitchen designer, Chisholm Design, opens stunning new showroom in Tilford ahead of its attendance at the South East Homebuilding & Renovating Show

Surrey-based kitchen design company, Chisholm Design, is expanding its business with the opening of a new showroom on Greenhills Estate in Tilford containing two fully functioning kitchens to give visitors the opportunity to see, touch and fully experience all the elements of their kitchen design.

Chisholm Design was founded by former Army officer Jo Chisholm in 2012, working initially at her kitchen table. She was joined by her husband, Rob (also ex-Army) in 2018, and they moved into a garden office the following year. In 2022, having taken on three staff, the company moved into a small showroom on a rural estate in Tilford. They quickly outgrew that and the stunning, new-build showroom is on the same estate.

Jo Chisholm says: “The new showroom is a wonderful space, allowing us to really showcase what we can do – the first comment from most visitors is how much it looks and feels like someone’s home! We have a couple of kitchens, a bar, study and a boot room area, with fully working boiling taps, appliances and Zuma speakers. And the whole team love working in it! We think it’s a game-changer in terms of how we can engage with our clients and can’t wait to welcome them there in 2025”.

Visits to the new Greenhills Estate showroom are by appointment and visitors will be able to talk to staff about their design needs, whether for kitchens, utility rooms, boot rooms, pantries or bars. And they may well be joined by the final member of the team, Rob and Jo’s English Pointer, Inka, who likes to welcome visitors to the new showroom.

The Chisholm Design team will be at stand F110 at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show at the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre (18 – 19 January) to talk to showgoers about kitchens of all sizes, whether they are planning a small extension or a complete new build.

Over 180 exhibitors will be at the show (sponsored by lift manufacturer Gartec) to impart their expert knowledge and showcase their offerings, enabling visitors to see, touch and compare the latest products to help them realise their dream homes.

Ticket prices to the South East Homebuilding & Renovating Show are £24 for a pair of tickets for any one day of the show.  Doors open at 10am to 5pm on 18 January, and 10am to 4:30pm on 19 January. Visitors can gain access to free tickets to the show by clicking on this free ticket link.
