Tridonic UK is proud to announce its role in the successful transformation of the North London Healthcare Project’s main teaching auditorium, delivering a future-ready, energy-efficient lighting system that enhances both learning quality and user wellbeing.

The comprehensive upgrade replaces outdated fluorescent and halogen fittings with a full suite of Tridonic LED and DALI-2 control solutions, significantly reducing energy consumption while elevating the performance and flexibility of the space.

Working in collaboration with Light Projects Evolve and contractor EPS Site Solutions Ltd, Tridonic supplied a range of advanced technologies including LED boards, drivers, downlights, emergency exit signs and DALI-2 touch panels.

Central to the installation is Tridonic’s sceneCOM S DALI lighting controller, which enables staff to tailor lighting scenes instantly to the needs of each training session or presentation. Individual and grouped luminaires can be controlled independently, ensuring adaptable, user-centred illumination at the touch of a button.

The upgraded system has transformed the auditorium into a more comfortable and engaging environment for healthcare professionals undertaking training. A 4000K colour temperature is used for primary working light, while warmer 3000K wall illumination introduces visual comfort and balance. The result is a modern, sustainable education facility that supports concentration, reduces visual fatigue and optimises energy efficiency.
